According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, Kyle Lewis and Daniel Lewis, both of Manchester have been arrested and charged with felonious assault, a felony in the second degree and mishandling of a firearm, a felony in the fifth degree.
Authorities say the arrests came after an alleged early morning road rage incident between the two Adams County men and another vehicle being occupied by a woman and an unidentified passenger.
Sources say the alleged road rage incident started near Germany Hill Road, in Monroe Township and ended near the Beverly Hills Inn in Aberdeen, Ohio. According to the Aberdeen Police Department, the woman was airlifted to a nearby hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to the arm. Authorities say the unidentified passenger also sustained injuries.
The two men are being held at the Brown County Detention Center.
