As summer comes to an end, organizations and volunteers in Adams County will be gearing up for small community festivals.
On August 17th, the Adams County Historical Society will present the 12th annual Cowboy Copas Memorial Concert at the Jefferson Community Center in Blue Creek at 7 PM.
