As tax season begins, the Adams County Public Library can help you find the forms you need. Federal IRS and State of Ohio tax instruction booklets are available at each Adams County Public Library. Forms and schedules can be printed from the IRS and Ohio Tax websites. Print up to 10 pages of tax forms or schedules free of charge at the library. Printed documents beyond 10 pages will be charged the normal library fee of $0.10 per page. If you need assistance, ask library staff to help you find and print forms online. Please know the form and schedules names that you will need printed. Library staff will be happy to help you print forms and schedules, but we cannot provide tax or legal advice.
