Adams County Suicide Awareness and Prevention (ACSAP) is gearing up for a night of excitement and community support with their upcoming Quarter Raffle Fundraiser. For each item bid on, chips are randomly drawn; the paddle holder whose chip is drawn wins the prize if they “bid” on the item. Participants can buy multiple paddles to increase their chances of winning. But if a chip is drawn and the paddle wasn’t used to bid, the participant loses that item to someone who did bid.
