On Sunday, social media was flooded with goodwill regarding the rescue of a local dog in the frigid temperatures in Ohio Brush Creek.
As Josh and Stacy Lewis were en route to church, they spotted a dog in the creek. They enlisted the assistance of Cory Tolle and before long, Josh and Cory were in the creek, rescuing the animal. As it turned out, the animal was owned by Dustin and Kacee Cox and had been missing since Thursday.
As of Sunday, when the information was sent to The Informer, she is now back home getting warmed up with her family.
