A Kentucky man is behind bars after being arrested last week by Laurel County, Kentucky deputies. The Clay County News reported that Joshua Eugene Stratton, age 33 of Love Road, London, Kentucky was arrested by K-9/Shift Sgt. Gary Mehler.
The arrest occurred off of Highway 1376 approximately four miles north of London. The traffic stop revealed that Stratton was a fugitive from justice from Adams County, the specific charge being rape.
Stratton has lived locally and had divorce proceedings filed against him in October. He was being housed in the Laurel County Correctional Center before his transfer to the Adams County Jail.
