One of the finest decorated villages in the state – the Village of Manchester officially kicked off the Christmas season over the weekend. On Saturday, a community tree lighting was held in the business district of Manchester, in the center of town along US Route 52.

The Manchester Lions Club flipped the switch to officially begin the festivities. Manchester Lion John Reeves did the honor of lighting the tree.
The Jack Roush Committee donated the Christmas tree in the center of town to use for the annual Christmas celebration.
