Ohio Supreme Court Justice Pat Fischer was in Adams County last week to speak to voters about his re-election to the high court in Ohio. Fischer campaigned with fellow Republican Barbara Moore, who is seeking to unseat a Democrat incumbent to the Adams County Court of Common Pleas.
Justice Fischer has dedicated himself to the practice of law for over 30 years. An honors graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College, he has been named to Best Lawyers in America®, one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Ohio, and was routinely named to Ohio Super Lawyers®. Justice Fischer was elected by his peers to serve as President of the Ohio State Bar Association from 2012-2013. He also was elected to serve as President of the Cincinnati Bar Association from 2006-2007.
The room was packed with local voters as both Fischer and Moore outlined their plans if elected. Last month, Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy visited Adams County and campaigned with Moore for a Judicial Salute.
