A fire broke out on Saturday afternoon that threatened a six-unit apartment building on Main Street in West Union. The building is located at 219 E. Main Street and according to public records, is owned by Glen Walker in Winchester.
According to authorities, the fire was in a bathroom and firefighters cut through a wooden panel that had been a window to gain access to the fire.
Everyone made it out safely but there is damage to the building. Tenants were paced in hotels for the night.
