The new mural located in the heart of Manchester was recently vandalized. The mural was completed in June by artist Pamela Kellough through a partnership of the Manchester Restoration Committee and Adams County Arts Council.

Though the damage was relatively small, it would be costly to fix and could encourage other vandalism to the mural. The mural is located on the side of local business Threads and Inks. Owner Tony Hunt has offered a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the vandal.
