Jeannette C. Haas, 81, of Batavia, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Hospice of Hope at Kenton Pointe in Maysville. She was born November 27, 1938 in Manchester, daughter of the late Francis Heath and Eileen Coleman Henderson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her significant other, Charles “Dusty” Smith. Jeannette was a go getter. She was a career Air Force wife and then become a career CPA. She is survived by her daughters, Claudia Marinelli, Deborah Haas both of Cincinnati and Barb Haas of Arizona; grandchildren, David Gawlick of Milwaukee, Delilah Haas of Colorado Springs, Jennifer Sutton of Mt. Orab; great-granddaughter, London Lewis; sister, Dinah Henderson of Mt. Orab; friend and father of her children, Frederick Haas.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 15 at Manchester Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home in Manchester.
