Thomas M Copher, 82 years, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at his residence. Thomas was born in Maysville, Kentucky, on April 8, 1938, the son of the late Elee and Eula (Sorrel) Copher. After serving in the United States Air Force, Thomas worked as a mechanic for Krug International. He attended the Aley United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Knollwood Masonic Lodge #774, in Beavercreek.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Elee and Eula Copher. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Smith) Copher, whom he married on June 15, 1958. He is also survived by his son, David Copher, of Seaman; and his daughter, Kathleen (Bruce) Hellickson, of Pataskala, Ohio. Thomas will be missed by his two grandchildren, Christopher (Elissa) Hellickson and Brittney Hellickson.
Graveside funeral services, officiated by Delmar Smith, will be held at 2:00 PM the convenience of the family, with burial following in the Mt. Leigh Cemetery, on Sunday, May 3, 2020.
