Cynthia A Stout, 69 years, of Winchester, Ohio, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020, at her residence, surrounded by family and friends. Cynthia was born in Cincinnati on December 12, 1950, the daughter of the late Robert Neal.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her father and by her brothers David Neal and Jeff Neal. She is survived by her husband, Michael Stout; her daughter, Kaylee Stout, and her son, Zach Stout, both of Winchester. She is also survived by her grandson, Jaxon Schweickart. Cynthia also leaves behind a sister-in-law, Katrina (Joshua) Cundiff; Ethan Cundiff; a brother-in-law, Jeff Stout; Jamie Stout; Gordon Neff; nephews, Caleb Stout, Joby Neal, Aaron Neal, Dillon Neal; and niece, Ashton Stout.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM, February 15, 2020, at the Winchester United Methodist Church, with Greg Roberts officiating.
