Teddy Palmer, 62 years, of Peebles, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at his residence. Teddy was born in West Union, Ohio, on January 14, 1957, the son of the late Edward and Doris (Havens) Palmer.
Teddy worked in construction and was a member of the Peebles American Legion, #594. In addition to his parents, Teddy was preceded by a brother, Jimmy Palmer. He is survived by two brothers, Eddie Palmer and Terry Palmer, and by a sister, Rosie Fitzpatrick, all of Peebles.
