Michael Dean McNeilan passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the Monarch Meadows in West Union, Ohio. Michael was born March 5, 1952 in Maysville, Kentucky to the late Harold E. and Earnestine (McGuire) McNeilan.

Survivors include one daughter Brandi McNeilan; three sons Michael J. McNeilan, Jonathon McNeilan; James McNeilan; five sisters Rosa Ann & Mike Miller; Sheila & Bobby Stratton; Shirley & James Osborn; Susan Eldridge; Donna & David Smith; and several grandchildren.
