Barbara “Kay” Chandler, 73 of Manchester, Ohio died Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the Bethesda North Hospital. She was born in Manchester, Ohio on January 27, 1946 to the late Harry and Irene (Martin) Breeze.
She graduated from Manchester High School in 1964. Kay managed the Riverview Apartments and formerly operated a Video store and an Ice Cream Shop, both in Manchester. She is survived by her Foster Child: Jai-Lynne Hodge, 2 grandchildren: Matthew and Cassie Tomlin, 4 brothers and 3 sisters: Evelyn Tomlin of Lexington, KY, Jane Breeze of Reynoldsburg, OH, Sue (Larry) Humphrey of Peebles, OH, James (Lou Ann) Breeze of Georgetown, OH, Robert Breeze of Brooksville, KY, Larry (Marjorie) Breeze of New Richmond, OH, Thomas (Connie) Breeze of Brooksville, KY and 2 very special friends: Lonnie & Michelle Tomlin of Bentonville, OH. Kay was preceded in death by her husband: L.P. Chandler, her 2 sons: Martin Chandler and Jamie Polley, and her 2 brothers: Don and Gene Breeze.
A Funeral will be held for Kay 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 23 at Wilson Home for Funerals. Rev Owen Applegate will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Manchester Cemetery.
