During the Adams County Agricultural Society organizational meeting, Terri Davis of Seaman, Ohio was selected as the 2019 – 2020 President. The seat was previously held by Liz Lafferty for four consecutive terms.
“It is an honor to be elected to lead an organization that is making great strides in improving the Adams County Fair,” said Davis. “The Adams County Fair continues to grow, and we are excited about the upcoming fair. We have many great things planned.”
Other officeholders include Jason Hesler as Vice President and Tonya Kersey as secretary.
The board also appointed Brian Miley to the open Meigs Township seat, Bob Minton to the Franklin Township seat, Jason Hupp to the Manchester Township seat, Brock Pistole to the Oliver Township seat, and Eric McCann to the Monroe Township seat.
Other Directors include Liz Lafferty, Matt Gray, Doug Gunter, Jon Paul Kennedy, Brian Dugan, Leanne Liston, Nick Shreffler, Amanda Smart, Mckayla Smith, Susan May, Dustin Cox, Joseph Wright, Richard Lewis, and Jason M. Francis.
The 2020 Adams County Fair will be held July 12th – 18th.
