Susan “Susie” Louise Johnson, of Seaman, formerly of Manchester, OH died Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the Monarch Meadows in Seaman, OH. Susie was born on December 31, 1950 in Lewisburg, KY to the late Phillip and Rosie Mae (Piatt) Gilkison.
She often attended the New Beginnings Church and loved being with family and friends. Susie was an avid cat lover and would feed all of the strays in Manchester.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ross Johnson, her grandson Jonathan Gilkison, and her sisters Janet, Lena, and Mary.
Susie is survived by her son: Gary (Kimberly) Gilkison, her grandchildren: Brandi Gilkison, Shawn Gilkison, Brittany Jackson, Kyle Gilkison, Stacey Gilkison, Jacob Gilkison, and Jobe Gilkison, her great grandchildren: Kelsey, Andrew, Karma, David Jr, Leland, Landan, and Leah, and her siblings: Patsy Evans, David Gilkison, and Bill Gilkison.
A Memorial service for Susie will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
